THE GLENALLACHIE RYE WOOD FINISH 9Y 70CL

The GlenAllachie Rye Wood Finish 9-Year-Old (70cl) brings a bold twist to the traditional Speyside style. First, it matures in American oak barrels, where it absorbs smooth, rich flavors. Afterward, GlenAllachie moves the whisky into rye whiskey casks from Kentucky for a finishing period. This step adds a spicy edge, creating a truly unique profile.

THE GLENALLACHIE KOVAL RYE QUARTER CASK 8Y 70CL

Launched in 2019 as part of Glenallachie’s new wood finishes range, this is a small batch release using whisky matured initially in American oak casks before a second maturation in ex-rye quarter casks from Koval Distillery in Chicago. The small rye casks have imparted a robust, spicy character onto Glenallachie’s softer spirit style. Bottled at 48% and unchilfiltered with natural colour.

THE GLENALLACHIE PEDRO XIMÉNEZ SHERRY 12Y 70CL

It is a standout expression in the distillery’s 2019 Wood Finish Series. Basically, this whisky began its journey with over 10 years of maturation in American oak barrels before spending the final phase of aging in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This extra maturation imparts layers of rich, sherried sweetness, making it a truly indulgent dram.
