THE GLENALLACHIE FUTURE EDITION 4Y 70CL

Bottled at 60.2% ABV, the whisky retains its natural strength. It contains no added color or chill filtration. This preserves the whisky’s true character. It has an amber hue that reflects its rich flavors.

THE GLENALLACHIE PRESENT EDITION 16Y 70CL

Released in 2022 at 48% ABV, this rare single malt represents Walker’s current work. Where he applies his expertise in cask management. He sources unusual casks, and this edition features Mizunara oak, a rare and expensive Japanese wood seldom used for whisky maturation. Mizunara oak presents challenges because it tends to leak and twist during growth. Basically, the trees must grow for 200 years before being felled, which is twice as long as most oaks used for casks.

THE GLENALLACHIE PAST EDITION 16Y 70CL

This edition, aptly named “The Past,” reflects the legacy and dedication of Billy Walker, who selected the whisky personally. Aged for 16 years, it draws from nine Spanish sherry casks. Chosen specifically for their ability to enhance the whisky’s character. GlenAllachie bottled only 4,000 bottles of this limited release, ensuring its rarity and exclusivity.
